8bet marketing manager (8betnews) is active in the forum, but he is ignoring your issue.
If you check 8betnews's posts you will notice that he never interact with other members or answer their questions. He only share bonuses codes or post notifications about new contests. This is why I said it's mist likely a bot.
I had also sent an email to their email support
3 days ago and asked the 8bet team to clarify your issue here. Seems like they are busy and ignoring the emails.
To be honest, being busy is not an excuse especially that more than a week has passed without a single reply. The only thing their customer service should be busy with is addressing their customer's concerns.
Clear case of multiple duplicate accounts abusing the free promos.
