It looks funny, a newbie account registered to just post how he loves trust wallet and how it saved his life, you really act like a salesman of Binance. I don't know if you really write that with only pure intentions but let me tell you that Trust Wallet is not actually in the list of wallets that you should trust because it's closed-source and is owned by Binance. One of the best non-custodial bitcoin wallets are Electrum and Sparrow, you should use them to store your bitcoins safely but this is not the best option out there. If you are looking for ultimate defense, you better buy airgapped hardware wallets like The Passport Foundation and Coldcard.
For altcoins, there aren't good as good options but probably you'll have to use Trezor or Ledger or maybe Trust. But you shouldn't use them for bitcoin if you really want a secure wallet.
