I read your terms and I think this is a border line and many will not be even go to support the flag. From the trust page I see the repayment date is before 5th November which means you have over two weeks to accuse for anything. If this was after 5th November then you had a good case. Tagging now and creating flag means you are risking your money plus the loan given by shahzadafzal. I see no point for all these right now.
When a person takes multiple non-collateral loans there is a high risk of being defaulted. That's why the terms have been stated. Reference:
