Again, I repeat the similar warning I always give to any OP that ask this question on this forum.
Be careful of any private message from any member of this forum, that will tell you that they sell bitcoins in exchange for cash.
Responses to any question are usually public, any private message in the form of a forum user trying to help you as a newbie with interest in owning bitcoins, that person is a scammer.
Well for starters, I think binance CEX is probably okay to use as it's very easy to navigate and you would probably get Bitcoin for a good rate through easy by either purchasing through p2p service. But then if you are planning to store and keep the coins for a long time, then I would advise that you would probably move it out and save it in a more secure wallet, maybe a non-custodial wallet like electrum wallet.
