First never think that you need someone to do the changes for you. Next, try to read on how the other passed the qualifications for the jobs that they're applying for. Make sure that you use those Upwork connects wisely and apply only to the jobs that you think you're qualified for.
Maybe there's something wrong with your cover letters or proposals so start from there and try to read tips from various articles that you can search on google.

There are other platforms that are quite popular like upwork and some of them have the option to withdraw money through crypto. Upwork accepts mostly professional people in every sector and they have a simple test for newcomers. I think your skill doesn't match their requirements so it will be better to try on another platform.
Can you provide references on which platforms accept freelancers and actually pay for our work? Are the qualifications on these other platforms as strict as Upwork?
