Yes, like other casinos do. I believe roobet.com are targeting a larger audience on Twitter.com as it has a significantly larger user base compared to Bitcointalk games and rounds. But Roobet has been hosting a monthly art contest here on Bitcointalk and if I'm not mistaken they have been doing this for more than three years.
