If you mean that Union Berlin couldn't challenge Real Madrid in regards to the number of chances both teams produced, then you are correct. But it was still very close for Real Madrid to drop 2 points against Union Berlin. These smaller teams aren't without chances to at least keep a point in those games against Real Madrid and Napoli, but for Madrid the most important game was the one against Napoli in Italy. That game was like tossing a coin as Napoli could have won it as well. They were equally performing the whole game and Madrid had a bit more luck. It may have some consequences for Napoli if they make a mistake against one of the weaker teams.
In fact, Real Madrid really struggled to win the match against Union Berlin, in fact they had to wait for 90+4 to score 1 goal. The match against Napoli was certainly tougher, but Real Madrid also struggled to win the match. They still have 4 games and I don't think Real Madrid will be able to win them all without mistakes. But whatever it is, Real Madrid is the favorite to qualify for the round of 16.
This week Real Madrid will visit the Ramón Sánchez Pizjuán Stadium for a La Liga match. Then Madrid will visit the Municipal de Braga Stadium for the 3rd match of the Champions League group stage. The players will of course lack rest time, especially as several players are also called up to the national team for EURO qualifiers or other competitions. I think it will have an impact on the team's performance because of fatigue.
