Ratimov is a really respected and trustworthy member of this community; to say that just because he said a exchange is good; doesn't mean the exchange can't rugpull or do a scam; just like another member told here, there are selective scammers in the world wide web. I don't want to say Bitsar.com is a scam, if you write more details about the occurance and link us the screenshots on your deposits, previous withdrawals(succeeded) , what the system says when you try to withdraw now and the conversation you are trying to make with the support; I and the other forum members will try to look what is wrong or not and maybe lead you accordingly. Sorry for your hard time with Bitsar.com and I hope it resolves very soon in your favor.
