This thread is excellent. Honestly this topic is quite beneficial, especially for those of us who are newbie to this place and are unsure of where to begin. At least with this simple format's, we will be able to move our leaning ahead.
This is how they want a leader to be. Thank you Mr. Charles-Tim, for showing us love on our local board. How also like it if order leaders use defferences structures format's like yours. It will really gives us new members encouragement and keeps us from getting lost in this forum.
This thread is indeed an important thread for not just newbies, because all members of all ranks can come here and get all the want by simply asking question on what they are not clear about, then other users that have experience or know what exactly he/she needs will give the appropriate response they deserve, and be sure that their problem has been solved.
