I'm thinking like the main reason why David de Gea couldn't find a team for himself is his high salary expectation. He couldn't reach an agreement with Manchester United because of this reason. I thought that maybe Bayern Munich would be keen on signing him but they didn't want to go for him either. They preferred a young talent named Daniel Peretz instead.
If Bayern Munich didn't spend a lot of money on Kane transfer then maybe they would have made an official offer for de Gea who knows. Because it took them even a long time to reach an agreement for Kane transfer at a price as favourable as possible.
Since De Gea is currently without a club, I don't believe he will continue to demand a high pay for himself. Instead, I believe he will consider any offer that is made to him. De Gea is 32 years old and will turn 33 this year; he is not losing age, but he is getting older, and in my opinion, he can no longer keep the way he used to. All clubs need young, talented goalkeepers, not ones who are over the age of 30. I can see why Bayern Munich did not prefer to sign David de Gea because they want to always to be the first in the league. If he really wants to wait for a club to pay him a high salary, he won't find any other clubs that will take him into consideration besides Saudi Clubs.
I dont agree on that , and Dortmund putting a lot of effort in it to win the title but they doing that on a different way.
For sure they would be have the Money for getting very good players and hold good players , but for how long would this be working ?
Even they lost a lot of very good Players in the last years i think they are on right way and making every season little steps forward to catch up with Munich in league.
In the case of Dortmund, I can say that the club's owner and coach may know what they're doing because every year during the transfer window, they sell every young star player. I can also say that once players have developed into very talented with football, they are now sold them, because the club's owner takes the business of football very seriously. People may be doubtful of their performances when they sell popular players, but they have come up with an strange performances every year to compete with Bayern Munich for the championship. No one knows when the behavior in that club will end.
