Going by statistics and H2H it's more likely for Arsenal to win as they have a better record when compared to that of Chelsea most recently, Arsenal has really been brilliant this season and with wonderful results they have made good records as compared to that off Chelsea from the beginning of the season, so far Arsenal has done better.
Chelsea recently have recorded two wins just before the international break so it can be said they have their morale boosted currently and the can be ready to give a trial at Arsenal to test how well they have improved their ability to perform better as compared to how they started at the beginning of the season. But then Arsenal is at the peak of their confidence as they have won one of their biggest challenge in the EPL recently, they will most likely be very confident over Chelsea knowing the recent status of Chelsea, they would only have some strong resistance From Chelsea but then they are sure to get a win or draw but never a loss.
It is true and cannot be denied that Arsenal are better in all aspects this season than Chelsea, and the Gunners have greater ambition and opportunity to extend their unbeaten record when they visit Stamford Bridge. But of course this is not an easy job for Arteta squad because no matter how bad their opponents are this time, Chelsea status as a big team in the EPL that is difficult to beat cannot be underestimated. On the other hand, Pochettino squad will carry the ambition to improve their performance and try to hold back Arsenal progress. If they cannot beat them, then the most realistic target is to hold a draw if they feel that is enough. Because losing at home is very embarrassing and will put Pochettino and his players under pressure again.
Regarding the strategy of the two teams, I think Chelsea and Arsenal have prepared it well, especially since the two coaches have quite a long time due to the international break. An interesting match to determine the extent of Arsenal strength after beating Man City in the previous match, waiting for Arsenal ability to do it again against Chelsea.
