I was stunned that ripple won . I actually thought the SEC had a good case.
Based on these results I think the SEC will need to let Btc have Their way.
The Bitcoin ETF crowd has new gained strength, it seems. They were trying to force a ETF-hype pump with the fake ETF announcement news serving as the foundation. Now they have the hype going. But can they make it last until we get the real ETF news?
