Sure is obvious the chances of Chelsea wining the Arsenal team is very low because unlike before when Chelsea performance was impressive and those days Arsenal team can hardly win them but now Chelsea team has reduce  performance in such a way that they stands no chance against Arsenal team again.

I'm very confident that either Manchester City or Arsenal will won the premier League because because there performance has proven it, however the end of this season will just be like the last season when Manchester came out first and Arsenal second.
