Since I read that, I sometimes go there and report a few topics. They either get deleted, or locked if the topics are older. It's rare to find a topic there that's actually interesting.There was one member, dragonbird, who posted there 414 times... as a matter of fact, every post he ever made on the forum was in that thread, lol. He was a dedicated expert on the subject.

I thought posts in Off-topic aren't counted as "Posts", but it looks like they're still counted as normal posts.

OK in principle, would require thought/adjustment/implementation. Many of these things are more complex than they look at first glance.
