As a native speaker, I can say that very few translators met the translation standard, and most of the translation was done by Google Translator and later edited a little bit and reposted.
Have you reported that to the creators of the original topics as those are usually the ones that give most of the merit to them and as far as I know, they usually mentioned that use of automatic translation tools is forbidden.
