Chelsea currently with Pochetino have quite good development. This means that there is visible progress in Chelsea's training pattern. It seems like the fans just have to be patient and enjoy the process. I think Chelsea should keep him. He's a good coach and has a lot of quality in the League. If they rush to change coaches, I think it will create new problems because players need to adapt again.
A couple of wins shouldn't fool you. I'm not saying Pochettino should be sacked, but saying he's a good coach for having a few wins is reaching.
We've seen Pochettino in other clubs, we know how he is, and it's the same thing he's doing at Chelsea.
He made Tottenham a formidable team, but he couldn't win any itrophy, he was inconsistent when you needed the wins the most.
The same thing happened in PSG. He won the league, but barely and that was because of the difference in quality between PSG and other French teams.
Even if Chelsea doesn't want to sack him, they should start exploring for better options because I don't think Pochettino can return them to glory.
