Maybe the Easter holiday? Apparently Denmark gets like 6 days for it. I (in U.S.) forgot until I looked up Denmark holidays and realized, "hey, I know that holiday!"
Or, it may just be like going out for a smoke when you order food - they never bring your food until you're not there
Edit: plus, crap, I mean nice, but my 1/4 to 1/3 is now way off base. Still good to see of course
