I'm tempted to ask what our response will be when we are gambling and our kinds come to ask what we are doing. Do we lie to them or tell them the truth. At a certain age children become so inquisitive that they ask questions virtually in everything they see us do.
It is normal to a kid asking what are their parents doing in front of their devices, it's their curiosity that why parents should know their responsibilities. Parents should check their children's social accounts as well because gambling products and opportunities is more accessible now than before, children are getting the ideas from the advertising or by hearing some words from the adults so one way to avoid normalising gambling is to set the example to your children by not gambling yourself or at least do not gambling in front of them. Be aware that kids are being exposed to gambling through advertisement so it's better to start a conversation with them and discuss the risk associated with gambling.
