Yes, pot is short for Potentiometer which is a variable resistor.
If I had 50k worth of "pot" I wouldn't be concerned about modding a gridseed
The physical switch is definitely possible. It wouldn't really be all that hard either I don't think. The software parameter is the real interesting one I think.
HAHA! bro id light me up some and end up turning on the tv... be like 361kh is alright for me

~ too smashed to even attempt to mod it..
Ok so the POTS 50K resistor is to go in the vmod 1 position? not the vmod 3 position? correct? as it is variable? just trying to wrap my head around these mods and the meaning behind them.
Also do you think this will work ok? to save power by only have 1 fan per 2 pod?
https://www.dropbox.com/s/8q278fnjgzd18hj/mash2.png Obviously its a photo edit, not real. but i am just thinking if I have one of the boards backing the fan it may block the airflow to the other board below , hmm maybe not a good idea, unless you some how stick the fan on the side but that would look shit lol
What are you going doing for power when you have them modded? currently i would like to have 10 grids per PCIE 6 PIN is this still a viable option when they are v3modded?@
HappyDAzeThanks Happy!, I think the most ROI option wold be to do Vmod 3 not dont even think about reversing it , unless someone else makes the SuperVmod, which gives you the option to switch from vmod3 even then unless you really love dual mining like yourself I don't think there is any reason to flip the switch ...
