Bitcoin is a decentralized currency and you simply think, if it was in physical form, would it still be decentralized?  or will it be controlled by the government and create billions of bitcoins if they like it?  you are new and I think you need more knowledge about bitcoin and when you gain knowledge your questions will mostly be answered.  forums are a good place to start, but you can also search YouTube for bitcoin videos that can help you visualize and grasp the basics more effectively.
