I think it's too early to talk about who will get a place in the Champions League for next season, because the league has just started and it's not even halfway through the season yet. It's still a long way to go to talk about who will be in first and second place.
Maybe at the moment Monaco and Nice can still be above Paris Saint Germain, but the question in my mind is whether they will be able to consistently maintain the place they are sitting now, because they still have a lot of games to play, and we also don't know what they will face later.
I do agree that it is not time to talk about that yet, but that is a huge difference and teams should be aiming at that a lot. I understand that it may not look that important right now at the early stages of the season but that economical benefit you get when you are at the group stages is a lot for a team in France.
PSG is the only one that has a good consistent amount of income, all the other teams are poor and that's the difference between the clubs, sure if a team gets the title over PSG that would be insane to see and very lovely change, we would welcome it unless we are Parisian fans, but at the same time I believe that we are going to end up with a situation that would be a little different and could have some changes for a team that gets that money. The best case scenario for any team that is not PSG would be getting to that UCL spot and that's why people keep talking about it, because it means as much as a title for many teams to be there.
