It doesn't affect anyone's ability to log in. The screenshot is a link to an external website which has no bearing on the actual forum itself. If you look at Satoshi's profile on Bitcointalk, it looks exactly the same as the day he left (minus the Merit column and topics count).
In fact, Satoshi Nakamoto account, satoshi was not banned, but locked.
