Well, if big exchanges like Binance will list RLB then it's really possible to surpass the previous ATH. Anyway, the buy and burn feature and the demand for RLB have influenced the price to increase further. We're not yet in bullish season but the price is doing good. Those who bought or received their RLB through airdropped made a significant profit if they're still holding at this time.

Binance don't usually list a token without listing fee. They can do it but if they see that token has very high trading volume and communities have high demand about it like Shiba Inu or Luna in the past.
They will just list those coin if they know that there's great demand like those top coins have. But if they are just a token for sure that Binance will ask a lot of requirements and fees just for this token to be listed there. So it really need a community support together with devs willingness for their token to be listed there so that this plan would really happen.
