P.S. Usman has lost 3 last fights. That is the first warning for being ready to get fired

There's no way UFC will hold his last loss against him given the 11 days notice and the fact he was fighting a top guy in a higher weight class (and did quite OK).
I just wonder what is next for Usman. The guy still has champions ambitions, but he is rather old already. 37 and already 8 years in UFC. He wont get a title fight as a next fight. Imho he wont have a title fight in the fight that comes after his next (if he wins). 2 fights that is like a year in fighters career.
Btw, why despite Covington, everyone gained 1 position in welterweight ranking, while there were not a single welterweight fight that weekend? Because Chimaev is not in middleweight?
