I myself have failed on several occasions in this aspect of gambling, i remember several times i end up gambling away money i never did thought i was going to lose, and as a way to punish myself, i give myself a self-imposed break from gambling, but most of the time, i end up not doing the time i gave myself due to lack of discipline.
