It's clickbait.

When you search Satoshi Nakamoto on Google, it shows Dorian Nakamoto's image as Satoshi [1].

I find it wrong, do you?

There are more than 1,500 people with Nakamoto as their surname so it is not strange that you got a name of anybody. If my surname was Nakamoto people might also suspect that I am Satoshi. Google is a search engine that serves as a centre point for different publications which means you can be exposed to all sorts of valid and invalid information. This why it is vital not to believe every piece of information in Google until you confirm its authenticity.

Dorian Nakamoto isn't the Satoshi you are looking for and i am sure he'll not be happy with another post mentioning his name as the BTC creator. He has said many times that he didn't create BTC, and he has had to endure a lot of bombardment from the media who were and are still trying to present him as the Satoshi we revere.  So i think the BTC community should do better and not directly or indirectly bring up topics of Dorian Nakamoto.
Connecting Dorian to Satoshi is also a security risk. People might assume that he is a billionaire and think that he owns lots of bitcoin. Meanwhile, he and his family went through a lot of financial stress. This controversy about Dorian became popular after Newsweek's publications in March 2014 and he has firmly disputed this claim.
