So Famz, is there any benefits when one keeps record on their losses and wins? Is there any thing to gain when you write down all the money you spent in gambling and also how much you have made so far?

Not keeping records, does this make me a bad gambler?

Account keeping is good because of it benefit which is to let you know how much you are spending and how much you are also receiving like income and expenditure.

Regards to gambling, it is also a good practice but it is difficult to keep for someone who bet always, not just a daily bettor but someone who bet numerous times in a day like an addict. If you are someone who bet from time to time then you may want to keep the record to see how much you have spent and whether you actually made profit to continue or not. At a point when I was betting on a daily, I tried keeping such records but it is not easy to do.
