I believe there is one significant difference between free service and paid service here. I got free service but did not choose anything, notblox1 made the logo without any consulting with me and I decided to accept snake on it and use it
If I was giving pointers I am sure there wouldn't be a fuc.... snake on it. Now I will have to own on it and channel my inner snake to the fullest.
One general advice for doing business on the forum is to do it in the threads, not over private messages. That way you have it out in the open all the time and community can take steps to secure that both parties get what they deserve.
