The guy with freaky eye - Sharabutdin Magomedov, might be not so familiar for you guys, but in Russian mma and pop-mma he was kind of a star, so my media is full of him due to UFC debut. Numbers say that he got only 20k+4k that night, but recently he said in the interview, that he has spend almost 70k on his preparation for UFC debut, and he is kinda broke already, because he had no fights for almost a year.
I also don't know if that is the Salary for Sharabutdin Magomedov and I haven't seen that as well For sure this is just his 1st fight and I think if a fighter is in a better rank then he can also get better pay but that is just a maybe,
Now Sharabutdin Magomedov is surely I am familiar with him his performance was solid and striking his kicks were really awesome in my opinion, but he needs to up his game with his Wrestling defense if he is not using wrestling as his offense then at least train his takedown defense and wrestling defense,
He's 36, he'll be 37 in May, not that this makes any real difference. There are plenty of potential match-ups for Usman that would make sense. He's still the number one contender, so probably will be matched against Belal, and the winner will get a title shot. This would work best if Colby defeats Edwards. Usman beat Colby twice already, so it would be a sort of test to see if he's still there in terms of fighting ability.
Alternatively, he could be paired up with some rising new star like Shavkat Rakhmonov, but I think the first option is much more likely to happen.

I agree that Kamaru Usman is still considered number 1 in the welterweight and sure he still has what it takes to have a great performance against Khamzat Chimaev getting that fight in a distance is something that is many have expected Khamzat Chimaev will be dominant against Usman but the fight was really a close match
