how to remain positive in times of difficult situations where there is very little hope for positivity???
The first and most important thing to do is to know yourself and know what you really want. Many people don't know what they want and what can excite them in their personal and work lives. To help you feel more positive in life, reflect and decide what kind of things you really want and can make you more enthusiastic. Once you know yourself, look back at your life and find out if there are any similarities between your expectations and reality. Try to pay attention to whether what you are doing now is in line with expectations or at least heading in that direction. A less positive attitude can arise because of these mistakes. After understanding the image and belief in the source of happiness, do what is necessary to achieve that hope. Because, by thinking positively we can gain new enthusiasm, new lessons, new experiences, even new friends.
