By default you have managed to get free publicity for your forum when you posted here. I checked, it seems like it has no traffic and just a couple of posts therefore why do you require moderators? You did not elaborate if you were going to offer pay or expected volunteers to apply.
Your forum barely has any content as it is. Why would anyone consider managing your website? I'd suggest you focus on growing it first, then you can probably look for a voluntary moderator after your forum has enough traffic. If not, then a paid position is necessary. Post it on the service board if you're serious about this and can pay with BTC, or on the altcoin boards if you want to use alts.
Maybe he got what he was after, he has now posted the name and URL therefore he will be expecting some sort of traffic from members here. If that is the aim, he will fail because at this moment in time there is nothing of interest in that Ethereum forum.
