I have also noticed that is is quite difficult for moderators to lock ANN threads, I don't actually know their reasons behind that but they do not lock ANN threads easily. This might be, incase 1xbet returns with a new thread, the would be asked to continue in their formee thread.

Yep, it's possible that you're both right. When a moderator or admin locks a topic, the original poster can't unlock it without an admin intervention. There have been such cases before. But hey, the real culprits here are us, the forum members. If we just stop giving this thread our attention, it'll wither away and vanish into the depths of forgotten threads. I've noticed the 1xbit shills aren't as active here anymore, probably because they're not getting paid for it.
Yeah, I think you guys might both be right here. It does seem like once a moderator or admin locks down a thread, the person who started it probably can't unlock it again without getting one of those admins to step in. I've seen that happen a couple times on this forum before for sure. but really, I'd say were the ones to blame here - all of us forum members that is. If we just stop paying so much attention to this thread, it'll fade away eventually like old threads do. I've noticed those 1xbit shills don't hang around as much anymore either, probably because they arent getting paid anymore.
