Monero is the best cryptocurrency in terms of anonymity, and second-best in terms of research, as per my experience goes. If Chainalysis could break it, I'm pretty confident they could tell the difference between a segwit and non-segwit address, or the difference between bits and bytes. 

I can imagine how inaccurate their lightning network monitoring reports will be.
