Well everyone is saying same thing about Manchester City and how they might not win the league this season,  it's very possible but I'm not too quick to conclude on that cause Arsenal last season where outstanding and gave everyone a hope that they'll win the league, they performed well from the beginning of the season but suprisenly they started dropping points at the point when it was needed mostly then Manchester City took over and won the league.

 Kelvin Debruyne injury might have given them a set back but I believe they'll bounce back, so far they're still in the top 4 currently then their hope cause just like last season Arsenal and Tottenham could drop points and give chance for City to go up,and also once Kelvin Debruyne returns from injury then we'll see a different Manchester City.
