Many people say holding is simple but I believe it will only be simple when we compare it with trading, it is not simple at all. Holding an asset for 3 to 4 years is not simple if we do not have enough faith and perseverance. Buying is something anyone can do, but holding for the long term is something not many people can do, which is why so many people sell during bear markets. And those people mostly don't have enough faith and patience.
There are several reasons why some people sell when market conditions are bearish, maybe they are afraid of a continued decline or maybe the need is urgent so there is no other way but to sell the assets they own.
Therefore, when investing, there are many things that must be paid attention to, including the money used for investment, which cannot be done haphazardly, besides knowledge about what we are investing in, it is also very important.

I don't think that hoding is an easy thing, and I think that holding and trading are the same, only carried out in different ways and with different risks and in my opinion there is no better or vice versa because it all comes back to the knowledge that we apply in carrying it out, the possibilities and risks are quite comparable between the two.

Both holding and trading involve buying and owning an asset but the key difference lies in the duration of ownership. If you are new to Bitcoin, it is advisable to consider holding it for a longer period of time as opposed to engaging in short-term trading. This means you should purchase Bitcoin at a good entry price and hold on to it for some time. This strategy is better than short-term trading even experienced traders sometimes fail to profit due to the high volatility of Bitcoin prices.
