It seems like the server of your casino is a bit slow. I'm also facing delays on the in-house Blackjack game on your casino. The issue isn't from my internet service as I'm not facing lags on other casino while playing BlackJack or other games. One more important thing, kindly mention the House Edge or RTP of the in-house games in the description for the transparency.

When I wish to open some in-house game I just see the "CoinsGame" logo and that's it, nothing happens after that, it's the same with slots... but at least the sports page is working well, it's Sunday, and there are a lot of games today.

I’m always encountering this whenever I’m playing games and doing a quick game play. I reported this already to the support but they give me the same feedback as Denis did above. I’m not sure at first what really happened and assume it might be on my end but reading same experience to other user makes me think that theirs really a problem on the house game server since it can’t handle high traffic or fast phase game.
Once that logo appear. It’s very hard to refresh the website for couple of minutes tho.
