Seeking the advice or help of concerned family members and friends could be of great help but sometimes they are limited because most of them lack the needed counselling skills.

Help from family members will be the best since family members are closest and also understands that estent of damage such attitude has brought upon such person. The only challenge is that, most people don't bring family to the cause of the damages they effect, they tend to hide it away from them knowing that family needs no approval to activate a corresponding correcting measure on them.

This is a good option but we can still have to consider that not everyone has the interest of considering the family members once it comes to their kind of way of life in gambling, but those that could help in this kind of situation are most likely the family members because they cannot afford watching one misbehaving and they do nothing about that in their own capacity, this means as a gambler, we should also value our family because when things turn up side down, they are our last hope
Family members are the major people that would help when we are going too far in gambling. Gambling has different level which we can bet on and make good profits but sometimes we might not know the kind of risks we are taking when we gamble too much and even make.loses in the process. We need to understand reasons and how we need to gamble without becoming a gambling addict so that will guide us from falling and becoming too desperate as a gambler.
Families are the backbone, the support system, the ones who often see things we might miss, especially when it comes to something as slippery as gambling

Understanding the motivations behind one's gambling is important. Is it for fun? For profit? For the thrill? For whatever reason, establishing limits is essential. Limits, people! It's simple to go down that slippery slope without them and turn into, well, desperate. And a desperate gambler? That's a recipe for disaster

Family members are the ones who will rescue you when you're about to lose your balance. They will remind you of those limitations, the causes, and the dangers. As a result, pay attention to them, respect them, and always, always gamble wisely. Keep in mind that relationships, trust, and love are more important than money. If you maintain those, you've already won
