Well, I can tell you guys that coming out from gambling addiction is even more easier than visiting or asking for a professional help, believe it or not, it's a fact.

As long as gambling addiction is involved, one thing required to stop or quit it is determination, if the addicted gambler visits a professional for help and he or she is not determined to stop, he or she will or may not end up being free from such addiction, but as long as the gambler is determined to stop, he him self or herself can stop and come out from that addiction by the power of that same determination, but I believe this is something many of us don't usually understand after all.
It's easier, but it depends on each person because there are people who can't get out of gambling addiction easily because they don't open up about their gambling addiction. They don't want to tell other people that they have a gambling addiction and keep it a secret from other people.

Responsibility in gambling is always an interesting thing because, after all, we humans can have emotions that always go up and down and we cannot predict when we will have good self-control. Even someone who has good self-control can lose self-control, so we must be careful when gambling and try to prevent ourselves from continuing to gamble if we have had enough of gambling. But if someone has experienced a gambling addiction, he must be able to recognize any changes in himself so that there is a desire to reduce or even cure his gambling addiction and visiting a professional is one of the recommended ways.

Recognizing those changes can help you to adjust and to try coping up and battle against this issue inside you, gambling addiction came from irresponsible gambling practices, addiction begins when you keep pushing your way in winning with the games you play, at the beginning you just wants to enjoy and you are only being entertained but along the way, you will see that your appetite start to increase and your desire to keep on playing will lead you to engage a lot, without setting any limitation eventually you will see yourself going deeper and addiction already inside you and it's going to be tough solving this problem which already developed inside you.

Agreed, gambling addiction comes from actions that are not based on the right responsibility, there are no limits that they apply because maybe all they think about is winning, or on the other hand maybe from the beginning they didn't really read about all the rules and facts that exist in gambling, so when you lose then you will not accept the results that finally you get emotional and continue to gamble with the intention of returning the defeat in the previous time, and after that you will enter the real addiction.

Well that's exactly right, so that's why I won't believe those who say that "I gamble just for fun", I won't believe that statement because there are many losers who say it and in the end it's still very likely that they are addicted because they gamble too often, even though at first it was for fun but you have to know that addiction can come from anywhere, and one of them is from your unconscious over time. So I would only trust those who are always responsible and don't overdo their gambling, meaning they only come occasionally and not as often as those who are already addicted. It's almost impossible to quit when you're already addicted, so it's better to cut down from now on and don't overdo it, that's all.
