Changenow.io is probably one of the worst instant exchanges that you can use. If you take a look at their reputation in this forum, you will notice that it's really so bad, with so many scam accusations against them regarding holding user funds hostage.
Please consider using no KYC instant exchange like eXch.cx next time.
