Hi, I will need some explanation about your KYC requirement, what do you mean by no upfront KYC? Or no KYC you meant? I think this mean that KYC can still be asked if needed? No upfront KYC means there’s no KYC during the initial registration process because most of the new casino won’t allow you to deposit without undergoin KYC. Empire is a license casino which means they have an obligation to ask KYC if your account is showing some sign of potential violation about the ToS.
It’s not really confusing if you knew the standards of casino in regards of KYC. There’s no such centralized casino with license will offer a total no KYC feature to its player due to AML policy.
