This is mostly applicable to those who are of a strong mind, but if you are such that is of a weak mind, my advice for you is to quickly find help. You could tell friends or family or get entirely external help from a therapist.
The 'will' is more preferable to call it that the mind. Some people have very low "will power' and as such cannot conquer certain challenges, not because they don't have the capacity but their will power leaves them handicapped at such matters. Those class of people pose more challenges for therapists who entertain their cases.
