I'm afraid I rarely use Windows so I don't know how you would get this tool running on Windows. You could perhaps try running Windows System for Linux. Alternatively, run a VM or grab an old laptop or something you can install Linux on.

If you simply want to check how much bitcoin is in your wallet, then you can PM me your xpubs and I can look up the relevant addresses for you using the tool on my end. As long as you don't send any of the seeds or passwords, then there is no chance of me being able to steal your coins and the only risk is in revealing to me how much bitcoin you own.
