Is it producing any errors after scanning or is it not scanning at all?

The FAQ section on https://selfcustody.github.io/krux/faq/ has a few suggestions regarding QR codes. Please read those and see if that helps.
For instance, Why isn't Krux scanning my QR code?, Why am I getting an error when I try to scan a QR code?, and Why can't my computer read the QR code that Krux displays?
