Same here, my country is also on the list... but there is another part as well:
Looks like we are free to use VPN, they even gave us some suggestions... and the first time I saw "change your DNS"! I guess they are ready to get that extra step to attract players from restricted areas. I am not sure if that is a good or bad thing...
