Agree with the post from Slow death, from what I knew all of the licensed online casino operators are require to conduct a KYC to prevent underage gambling , local AML regulations, online fraud, etc.
Maybe it will be better to write that the site only require a KYC when necessary and legit user doesnt need to worry about it.
The statement will bring pros and cons, however that is better than write No KYC at all while the terms said the otherwise.
But what does when necessary mean? I think it's better if they will be specific like saying KYC will be required for those who commit cheating. The doubts of the legit users are then going to be completely removed if they do this. They should only keep in mind that there are still legit users who value their privacy a lot, or thinking KYC is only a hassle thing to do, so they can still skip a casino like this.
Indeed, they shouldn't follow the footsteps of those casino who lied, telling their platform are KYC free, in hopes of attracting more users. Maybe they can get a player but once they found out the truth, they can still lose those immediately and worse is they will be reported.
