Maybe the reason why we don't like it is that pump&dump schemes are a fraud:
Securities fraud, also known as stock fraud and investment fraud, is a deceptive practice in the stock or commodities markets that induces investors to make purchase or sale decisions on the basis of false information.
On the other hand, the fact that you were lucky, if you are being honest with us, doesn't mean that you won't end up being scammed, as it is usual in this kind of private groups you mention.
I'm invited from time to time, without my consent, to these groups, and I don't want to know anything about them. To me, the best option: Exit and Report.
