How can toiletcoin like (WC) Whitecoin get to Mintpal before COMM? It's just pump and dump scamcoin to those that missed Blackcoin. I hate these corrupt exchanges. Bribes are big business to them. 
I doubt bribes have anything to do with it. Mintpal often adds high volume coins so they can get the 0.15% of their share of total market volume.COMM would likely get added too if it had the volume
