As explained yesterday, our Tos have been corrected and no longer mention kyc to avoid any confusion. Let me know if anything else is still in question.
That was quick. Good to see the speed at which you guys are resolving issues which makes your site seem more reliable. It's weird that KYC was mentioned in your TOS in the first place, but I am glad you got rid of it.
Decentralized casino doesn’t require KYC but it needs a lot of trust to the owner since you didn’t know exactly where to address your concerns if ever there’s problem on this casino since they have no legal tracks.
That's the risk associated with these sort of sites which is why it's always better to invest small amounts initially just to be safe.
