How can toiletcoin like (WC) Whitecoin get to Mintpal before COMM? It's just pump and dump scamcoin to those that missed Blackcoin. I hate these corrupt exchanges. Bribes are big business to them. 
It got listed on Mintpal, because of it's hype as BC sister. High volume made them as chosen one.
Let's not force COMM listing on Mintpal with any other methods than just voting. Paid votes are like "if nothing else works then we can pay". The most part of voting has been done.
