Usually, newbies do these things when they are not aware that this kind of behavior is not accepted. But what if a somewhat established member who already passed Sr. member rank does these things? Isn't it cheating?

I have noticed another thing that the user Bureau applied in 👉 {OPEN} Eloncoin Signature Campaign | Member+ [Funds Escrow] and elevates in the same campaign 17 minutes apart and now the application is deleted. Isn't it cheating too? Minimizing other's chance of acceptance by applying with multiple accounts?
